Asibong A. Icha is a Lecturer with the Department of Wood Products Engineering, University of Cross River State, Calabar, Nigeria. He holds an M.Sc. (Wood Properties and Utilisation) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. And a B. Eng. (Wood Products Engineering) from the Cross River University of Technology, Calabar, Nigeria. His major research areas are in Wood and Biomaterial Utilisation, Furniture Design and Ergonomics, Wood Characterisation and wood waste management. He has over 5 academic publications/conference in the area.
His present research interest focus is on the development of sustainable construction materials.
