He is a seasoned academic and currently the Head of Department of Estate Management. His research interests are in real estate valuation, real estate investment and risk analysis and real estate portfolio management. Professionally, he is an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). A member of the Education Committee and a member of the Board of Examiners of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and also a member of the African Real Estate Society Conference (AfRES).
