He is the current HOD of Mechanical Engineering department. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (2008), MSc in Process Systems Engineering (Energy systems and thermal processes option) (2012), and PhD in Aerospace Propulsion (2018).
His area of interest includes advanced thermodynamic modelling/simulation, power plant design and development, and renewable energy systems.
He teaches courses and supervises academic projects in gas turbine/combine cycle/ORC/ sCO2 power cycle and renewable energy systems thematic areas at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
