Engr. Dr Peter Obongha Ohiero is a Senior Lecturer and an academic member of the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Cross River State, Calabar. He has PhD in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. His area of specialisation is Electrical Power Systems and Machines Engineering. He has taught and supervised several undergraduate and postgraduate students’ projects and researches. He teaches Electrical power System Engineering, Power System Analysis, Electrical machines and Drives, High Voltage Engineering, renewable and new Energy System, Power System Control and Protection. His research focuses on Electrical power system analysis, power system control and protection, electrical machines and drives, renewable energy analysis, energy management. He is an Electrical Consultant and a registered Electrical Engineer with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). He has authored several publication in local and international journals.
